Cecille Tynes

Cecille Tynes joined Bernstein Management Corporation in 2021 as the Vice President of Residential Property Management. She is responsible for the overall operations and strategic direction of the company’s multifamily and mixed-use communities.

Cecille began her career over 25 years ago and has served as Vice President for DC-based and national property management companies where she led the customer experience, marketing, sales, training, operations, and revenue strategies. She has experience in a wide range of assets and most recently supported a $7B+ nationwide portfolio of military and student housing public-private partnerships across 36,000 homes and 100,000 beds.

Cecille earned her degree in Property Management from Virginia Tech where she served as alumni representative on the Property Management Advisory Board. She is a frequent speaker at national industry conferences, but her most memorable speaking engagement was addressing the graduating class at VT’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences commencement ceremonies. She helped create NAAEI’s National Apartment Leasing Professional exam and continues to mentor individuals in the multifamily industry.
