Bio
Cecilia O’Neal is an associate director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Nashville, Tennessee. In her role, she is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raises for multifamily property throughout the state of Tennessee, with a focus on the Nashville MSA. Mrs. O’Neal has been with the Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales team since September 2020.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mrs. O’Neal was a financial analyst at Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group. In her role, she was responsible for the underwriting and preparation of marketing materials. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, she worked as a project coordinator at Land Management Group, Inc. where she focused on entitlements for single-family residential development sites.
Mrs. O’Neal earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. She is a licensed real estate professional in Tennessee.
