Bio
Catherine Olbrisch is the Facilities Management Program Manager within CBRE’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) division. She joined the team in February 2013 with her role focused on the FM Platform’s programs, analytics and metrics.
Previously, she served as the Senior Research Analyst for the Chicago office holding the position since joining CBRE in January 2011. Leading the Chicago office research team, Ms. Olbrisch utilized research resources to provide support for Chicago metropolitan area office brokerage and investment sales professionals. As a part of the Research team, Ms. Olbrisch created reports and papers analyzing local market and economic trends. Her responsibilities also included producing quarterly statistics reports, availability and comparable reports, market share analysis, and historical trends as well as collaborating with brokerage professionals and clients on customized requests and business development efforts.
Ms. Olbrisch joined CBRE from Starshak Winzenburg Investment Bankers where she worked as a real estate finance consultant. While there she worked on clients projects focused on developing real estate financial and forecasting models for charter schools and non-profit organizations.
Prior to Starshak Winzenburg, Ms. Olbrisch served as a financial analyst with Palladian Development. There she was responsible for financial models and operating budgets for new construction projects. Before that, Ms. Olbrisch was a marketing and research assistant at Koenig & Strey.
