Casey Foulks

Casey is responsible for managing third party accounts for Nuveen Real Estate.

Previously, Casey was a director on the TIAA General Account’s international equity team, managing several joint ventures. She joined the business in 2011 as a director on the commercial mortgage team where she was responsible for structuring, closing, and managing commercial real estate loans consisting of first mortgages, mezzanine debt and construction loans. Other prior roles include real estate corporate lending, CMBS securitization and subordinate debt acquisitions. Prior to joining the company, Casey held roles in real estate structured finance at Wells Fargo Bank, REIT corporate finance at Wachovia Securities and CMBS securitization at CW Capital, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and Nomura Securities.

Casey graduated with a B.A. in Finance from Villanova University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
