Casey Barber

Casey Barber serves as Senior Vice President of Investments for CARROLL. In this role, Casey is responsible for sourcing and executing new acquisition opportunities. He works closely with senior management and equity partners in defining investment strategy, coordinating due diligence, developing business plans, structuring financing, and leading acquisitions through closing. Since joining CARROLL in 2013, Casey has been involved in the acquisition of more than $4.5 billion in multifamily real estate. Relevant Experience – Prior to joining CARROLL in July 2013, Casey attended the University of Georgia where he graduated cum laude from the Honors College and Terry College of Business with a real estate degree. Additionally, he interned with Berkshire Property Advisors in the summer of 2012, where he gained valuable multifamily asset management experience. Education/Affiliations – Casey graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate from the Terry College of Business and Honors College at the University of Georgia. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and National Multifamily Housing Council. Interests – Sports, particularly GA football, live music, traveling, grilling, & skiing.
