Mr. Wenthur supports the company’s efforts to source new investment opportunities, working directly with existing tenant groups, private equity firms and other corporations to assess their real estate and capital needs as part of sale-leaseback discussions.
Background
Mr. Wenthur originally joined Realty Income in 1997 and worked as an Acquisitions Director prior to being promoted to Vice President in 2003, Senior Vice President in December 2015, and his current position in May 2018. Prior to joining Realty Income, Mr. Wenthur was a Vice President and Loan Officer at a bank, an Appraiser and Loan Officer for a real estate company, and began his career in real estate as an escrow assistant for a small escrow firm.
Mr. Wenthur graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Banking. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Southern California Golf Association, and is a licensed real estate sales person in the State of California.
