Cary Pollack

Mr. Pollack joined Meridian in 1996 and currently serves as a Senior Managing Director in the company's New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, hotel, industrial, and retail in locations around the country. He has also been active in all types of financing including acquisition, construction, renovation, and permanent financing.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Pollack has negotiated more than 1,500 transactions totaling over $10 billion in financing, covering multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and other property types across the United States.

Mr. Pollack holds a B.A. from Brooklyn College.
