Carter joined Essex Realty Group, LLC. as an Analyst in 2025 and concentrates primarily on asset valuation, market research and transaction analysis.
Prior to joining Essex, Carter worked in the oil & gas industry as an investment analyst. His main responsibilities included financial analysis for oil wells & fracking projects. Outside of work, Carter enjoys playing golf & going to different restaurants.
