Bio
Ms. Carolyn B. Sica began her career in commercial real estate in 1986 with CBRE. Early in her career she chose to focus her energies on representing tenants in the New Jersey marketplace. This ultimately led to corporate clients seeking her advice and assistance with their real estate requirements in markets outside of New Jersey. Carolyn's skills and experience, the national scope of CBRE, the quality of the company's employees and the wide array of company services, created a formula for success in executing transactions across the nation.
In 1997, Ms. Sica formed a Global Corporate Services Team with her partner, Kurt Burdack, also of CBRE, and with similar client focused background. Their goal is to serve as trusted advisors to their clients, to help them manage and refine their real estate practices, as well as their transactions and to deliver those CBRE services which will ensure the successful completion of each and assignment.
Carolyn and Kurt complete over 150 acquisition/disposition assignments yearly on behalf of their clients. In 2012 they completed 2.2 million square feet of transactions valued at $146 million.
