Bio
Carolyn Powell is a Managing Director and serves as Head of the Debt Asset Management Group. Having joined PCCP in 2005, her responsibilities have included due diligence/closing, loan servicing, acquisitions, syndications/participations, investor relations and asset management to both debt and equity investments. She currently leads a team that manages in excess of $5.0 billion of debt investments across the United States. In addition, Ms. Powell assists in the fund management of several of PCCP's debt platforms. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Powell worked for Tiarna Real Estate Services, where she handled office building management, as well as leasing and construction management. Prior to Tiarna, Carolyn managed a portfolio of combined retail, office and industrial properties for Charles Dunn Company. Ms. Powell received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. She is an active member of the San Francisco chapter of Urban Land Institute (ULI) where she serves on the Women's Leadership Initiative Committee, the NEXT Initiative Committee, the Local Residential Product Council, and the ULI Americas Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council on the national level.
