Carolina Cardoso is an Associate with Franklin Street’s Institutional Services Group working with the Multifamily team. Cardoso graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance in 2023 and a Master of Business Administration in 2024. Cardoso has interned for Mangrove Equity Partners as a finance intern, and at Brown & Brown Insurance as a sales intern. Carolina is a native of Tampa and enjoys spending time with family and friends, being on or by the water, reading, and traveling
