Carol Shelby

Ms. Shelby joined Meridian in 1992 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company's New York City headquarters. She is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and cooperative properties. Over the course of her career, Ms. Shelby has negotiated more than 1,580 loans totaling over $12.1 billion in financing spanning a variety of asset classes across the United States.
