Carol A Loveless

As Senior Vice President of Midwest Operations, Carol oversees the Midwest portfolio’s compliance with all regulatory requirements for HUD and MSHDA, as well as the overall performance of the properties.

Carol’s 28-year tenure with Altman Management has included positions in both property and financial operations including; Accounts Payable Supervisor, Senior Property Accountant & Assistant Controller allowing the Midwest management team to have solid analytical review focused on financial as well as overall property results. Carol has been integrally involved in the re-financing or sale of numerous properties over the past 20+ years. She also has played a primary role in the transition and addition of new properties to the Midwest Portfolio.

Carol earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Michigan State University where she majored in Accounting and holds COS and Tax Credit certifications with NCHM. Carol is actively engaged in ongoing education on various industry topics such as Lead Based Paint, Fair Housing and HUD compliance.
