Carly Lake

Carly has been with BioScience Properties since its inception in 2016. In her role as VP of Investments, she is responsible for acquisitions/dispositions, underwriting, ongoing project management, reporting and all investor correspondence. Prior to joining BPI she worked in San Francisco for London-based Private Equity firm, Grosvenor, as an Associate on their Co-Investment team. She was responsible for sourcing and underwriting multi-family development deals on the West Coast. Before her time at Grosvenor, Carly was an analyst at Eastdil Secured working with the investment sales, debt placement and capital market teams across all asset classes. Carly holds a degree in Political Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Carly is a member of ULI and NAIOP.
