Carl Wellinger

As a vice president of Lionstone’s Acquisitions team, Carl Wellinger is responsible for acquisitions, sourcing and structuring acquisition opportunities on the West Coast. Prior to joining Lionstone in 2018, Mr. Wellinger worked for Common Wealth Partners for nine years overseeing asset management and investment transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
