Carl Kenney

Carl Kenney is Vice President of Property Management of RJ Kelly Co., Inc. (RJK). He is responsible for budget overview and analysis, personnel and vendor management, tenant relations and leasing, contract negotiations, and assisting with acquisitions. Over his 10+ year career, Carl has worked in multiple aspects of real estate including property management, leasing, acquisitions, asset management and construction development. Prior to working with RJ Kelly Co., Inc., Carl worked with Boston Private Bank and Trust, CB Richard Ellis New England, and KS Partners LLC. Carl received his BA in Business Management at Bridgewater State University. Carl is member of NAIOP and BOMA Boston. Carl lives with his wife and three children south of Boston.
