As a Vice President in Project Management, Candice Hung leads the development of mixed-income and mixed-use projects, leveraging and securing project financing and coordinating the efforts of public and private partners. Ms. Hung supports development efforts in Los Angeles, California, including writing financing and grant applications, coordinating financial closings and working with community groups and stakeholders to transform previously isolated and deteriorated areas into sustainable, vibrant, and connected mixed-income communities.
