Bio
Cabell Thomas is a member of Newmark's Debt & Structured Finance Group in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Thomas supports the origination team in placing debt for developments, acquisitions and refinances with various capital sources, including insurance companies, banks, debt funds, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and CMBS lenders. His primary responsibilities include financial modeling, underwriting, market research and assisting in the execution of transactions across all asset classes, including multifamily, self-storage, industrial, office, hospitality and retail.
Education
Mr. Thomas graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with degrees in Business and Economics.
