Bio
Ross Bourne started his career in commercial real estate by joining CBRE in 2004 where he joined one of CBRE's most successful teams in the nation. Ross graduated from the University of San Diego in 2001 after 4 years of collegiate tennis and a degree in Marketing/Real Estate. After a brief stint with a local marketing firm, Ross moved into brokerage and quickly became one of Orange County's top brokers.
Ross's primary focus is representing corporate users with their acquisition, relocation, and lease renegotiations. His unmatched market knowledge, along with the incredible platform at CBRE, allow for creative and comprehensive solutions to benefit his clients. Ross's success is proven through his track record of multiple transactions with repeat clients.
