Byron Friend is a real estate professional specializing in the acquisition and disposition of mobile home parks with 20+ units in the Mid-Atlantic & Northeast regions, with a main focus on the states of Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Byron is known for his strong work ethic and extensive market knowledge of manufactured housing assets.

Before joining Matthews™, Byron was an affordable housing development intern at The Michael’s Organization, analyzing over 40 LIHTC deals and negotiating budgets. He grew up working in his family’s mobile home park portfolio in Pennsylvania, gaining hands-on experience in maintenance, security, and operations.

Byron graduated with a B.S., Finance from Penn State.
