Buzz is a Senior Associate with the Industrial Division for the Rocky Mountain Region. In this role, he focuses on leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial assets and land.

Prior to joining Stream, Buzz worked on the principal side of the business for Brue Baukol Capital Partners and Comunale Properties. During this time, he specifically focused on ground-up development, receiving land entitlements, and bringing new projects to successful completion and stabilization. This experience contributes to his unique ownership perspective and adds depth to his ability to service clients.
