Bunny Blake

Bunny Blake is a Vice President Asset Manager at McDowell Properties. Ms. Blake is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the operations of third party management companies in Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina markets. Ms. Blake supervises the implementation of value-add strategies and monitors construction projects. Prior to joining McDowell Properties, Ms. Blake was a Regional Director of 3,000 units with PRG Real Estate. From 1998 to 2007, Ms. Blake was a Regional Property Manager with Drucker and Falk. Ms. Blake was responsible for analyzing financial performance, preparing cash flow analysis for owners and executing business plans on new acquisitions. Ms. Blake has a BA from East Carolina University and is a North Carolina Real Estate Broker. Ms. Blake has obtained her Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor designations from the National Apartment Association. Ms. Blake is also a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certified Commercial Investment Member with the CCIM Institute.
