Bryce joined The Multifamily Group in 2018 after spending several years in the single-family & luxury apartment leasing space. He was runner-up for Top Producer in his first full year and is currently on track for his 3rd year in a row as Top Producer. Over the course of Bryce’s time at TMG, he has sold over $200m worth of assets ranging from $1.5m to $30m+ in multiple markets across Texas.

His ability to quickly pick up industry knowledge and his personal skills propelled him to the top spot at TMG. Bryce primarily focuses on the B & C asset classes in San Antonio, Houston and DFW Markets. His ability to source deals and then pair them with the most logical and qualified buyers is really what sets him apart in this industry.

Bryce grew up in Lubbock, TX and attended Lubbock Christian University, having graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology. He started his professional career with Raytheon and soon moved on to the oil and gas industry in Colorado before diving into the real estate business. Bryce now lives in the Fort Worth area with his wife, their three sons and their dog.
