Bryant Tallman

Bryant serves as a Director of Asset Management, responsible for the financial performance of Coastal Ridge’s conventional and retail portfolio. He began his real estate career with Aimco, a publicly traded multifamily REIT, where he helped lead the company’s culture transformation initiative and leadership development program. Bryant has since served in various leadership capacities focused on finance, operations, and strategy, including as an Asset Manager for the Wolff Company, a privately held multifamily developer. A California native, he graduated from Biola University. Bryant and his family reside in Los Angeles, California.
