Bryant Ferber

Mr. Ferber joined Azure in 2010 and has since been directly involved in the acquisition of more than $1 Billion in real estate assets. Mr. Ferber is head of acquisitions and is also actively involved in all day-to-day operations including overseeing asset management, budgeting and executing business plans, dispositions and financings.

Prior to joining Azure, Mr. Ferber spent four years at Transwestern where he was directly involved in more than $2 Billion of acquisition, disposition, debt and equity transactions.  At Transwestern, Mr. Ferber’s responsibilities included sourcing opportunities, underwriting, performing financial modeling and analysis, conducting due diligence and maintaining client relationships.

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2005, Mr. Ferber acted as a Project Manager and aided with acquisitions and developments with his family’s business, Ferber Properties, a small development company in San Diego.
