Bryan Walsh joined Newmark in 2010 and currently serves as Associate Director, focusing nationally on investment sales and capital markets opportunities in the medical office and healthcare space. He has directly sourced and executed over $500 million in recent transactions.

Bryan is able to provide clients with a single-source solution for every phase of acquiring, financing, developing and monetizing healthcare real estate. He works with physicians, provider groups, investors and developers to construct and implement comprehensive real estate strategies.

With over 10 years of experience advising clients exclusively in the healthcare and medical office sector of the commercial real estate industry, Bryan possesses a thorough understanding of the many nuances that play a critical role within this specialized niche.

Bryan graduated from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. And a concentration in real estate investment.
