Bryan Sharp

Bryan Sharp is a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap with the National Manufactured Housing Communities Group in the firm's Orlando, Florida office. Bryan specializes in the marketing and sales of Manufactured Housing and RV Communities Nationwide. After selling his restaurant portfolio, Bryan began real estate investment advisement in 2004 while successfully leading a private equity group through acquisition, management, and disposition of full-service restaurant assets across the Southeast and Midwest. Since 2016, Bryan has focused on Manufactured Housing and RV Community Investments Successfully closing over 30 transactions across 13 States totaling more than $60,000,000. Marcus & Millichap has established itself as a leading investment real estate company with more than 1,800 investment sales and financing professionals in over 80 offices throughout the United States and Canada. With significant valuation and operations expertise, Bryan is well positioned to advise investors nationwide in strategic acquisition and disposition strategies. Bryan received his Bachelor's degree from Stetson University and earned a Financial MBA from University of Central Florida. He lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife and two children.
