Bryan has been with Cushman & Wakefield and its alliance predecessor since January 2006. During his time at the firm he has closed hundreds of transactions.

Year over year he has been recognized as a Top Office Leasing Broker by the CoStar Group for volume of office lease transactions. He started his career with a Dallas based commercial real estate firm. For over six years he represented corporate real estate users across North America. Bryan's focus is transaction management, lease, lease renewals, sublease, acquisitions, disposition of buildings and land, strategic planning and space programming, relocation coordination, concessions research and negotiations, and lease auditing.
