Bryan Schellinger joined Northmarq in 2020 as Managing Director - Investment Sales to help expand the firm’s multifamily investment sales platform. After helping grow the SoCal Investment Sales Team to include six top-producing professionals in two years, Bryan transitioned to Nashville, Tennessee in June 2022 to further support the firm’s growth initiatives in the Southeast and Midwest. Bryan is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience and has closed in excess of $2 billion in investment sales transaction volume. As a disciplined investment advisor, Bryan uses his extensive experience to help his clients make well-informed disposition and acquisition decisions and his transactional experience includes core, boutique-luxury, value-add and land development sites in both urban infill and secondary markets. Given his extensive experience and commitment to the business, he was recognized by the Real Estate Forum as an Emerging Leader in the multifamily industry. Prior to joining Northmarq, he was First Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap in Los Angeles and was as key team member on one of the top performing teams in the country; he has also held positions at NKF Capital Markets (formerly Apartment Realty Advisors) and Madison Partners.
