Bryan Liu serves in Northmarq’s Phoenix regional office as a vice president. He assists in the origination of debt and equity for owners of commercial and multifamily real estate. Bryan and his team work with clients to provide customized financing solutions and unparalleled customer service through a collaborative approach. Prior to joining Northmarq, Bryan was a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on delivering strategic guidance across the mergers and acquisitions lifecycle, including strategy, diligence and integration execution. Before joining Deloitte, Bryan was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he advised more than $15 billion in announced M&A and financing transactions. Bryan is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAOIP). Bryan graduated summa cum laude with a master's degree in finance from Arizona State University and is a CFA Charterholder.
