Bio
Bryan is a Vice President at Strada, focusing on investment acquisition and due diligence. He is actively involved in structuring and pricing new investment opportunities including cash flow and market analysis, as well as coordinating full transaction due diligence. Prior to joining Strada, he worked at Pacific Urban Residential, a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap Companies, where he focused on the acquisition of value-add multifamily properties across the West Coast. Prior to this, Bryan worked in investments at Dorchester Capital Advisors, LLC, a fund of hedge funds in Los Angeles. Bryan has a B.S. in business administration from the University of Southern California with a concentration in real estate finance
