Bryan Farquhar

Bryan Farquhar is Chief Development Officer for Trilogy. He is responsible for leading the firm’s efforts in identifying, procuring and executing real estate development transactions. Mr. Farquhar has 15 years of development and brokerage experience and has been involved with the development of over 2,000 multifamily and student housing units. In addition, he has participated in over 4 million square feet of office and retail transactions. Prior to joining Trilogy, Mr. Farquhar was Director of Real Estate Development for The Opus Group in Chicago, where he was responsible for leading development efforts, including land selection, purchase and sale negotiation, and project execution. While at Opus, he successfully re-established their development presence in suburban Chicago office product and initiated their suburban Chicago multifamily platform and pipeline. Prior to Opus, Mr. Farquhar was with The Alter Group, where his responsibilities included procuring and executing student housing and office transactions. Mr. Farquhar holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Western Michigan University.
