The team’s sophisticated requirements provided extensive exposure to the dynamics of regional and national multi-market portfolio transaction management while working on accounts such as SBC, The Capital Group Companies and Regus Business Centers. In 2001 Bryan spent the year in New York acting as the Associate Transaction Manager, and GCS liaison, for the team’s Regus Business Centers account. The client was experiencing a period of explosive growth, which presented the opportunity to further refine his capabilities in lease review, as well as market and financial analysis. Upon returning to the Los Angeles Office in 2002, Bryan continued to work closely with the senior partners of his GCS team. Focused primarily on transaction management, Bryan remained heavily involved with the teams regional and national account business, while additionally taking a more active role on local requirements in Downtown Los Angeles. In 2004 Bryan made the transition to CBRE’s West Los Angeles office, partnering with Stan Gerlach on both tenant representation and landlord assignments.
