Using his national database of more than 100,000 buyers and brokers, Mr. Belk and his team have helped institutions, developers, and individuals achieve top-market pricing while consecutively completing seamless transactions. Aligned with Franklin Street’s retail investment sales team, he has helped transact more than $2.7 billion for commercial real estate clients across the Southeast. Since starting his career, Mr. Belk has assisted the team in the closings of more than 700 properties.

Active in the commercial real estate community, Mr. Belk has received several awards including Franklin Street’s 2010-2024 Sales Achievement Award, the 2012 and 2014 award winner of the highly regarded Franklin Street Award, and multiple years of being the Top Producer in the Atlanta Office. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Young Atlanta Retail Alliance (YARA), and the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP).

Mr. Belk was recently awarded Top 50 under 40 and Top Retail Influencer by GlobeSt Real Estate Forum.
