Bruce Strasburg

Bruce is a senior managing director in the Washington, DC office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 32 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance. His primary focus is industrial and flex properties, suburban office investment advisory and joint venture transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Over the course of his career, he's completed portfolio and single-asset transactions valued in excess of $6 billion, representing 30 million square feet of improved property and 1,500 acres of land.

Bruce started at HFF in September 2012. Before that, he worked with CBRE/Trammell Crow. As a skilled negotiator, his experience is providing investment sale services, arranging financing and joint ventures that help generate the best possible price and/or opportunity for the client.
