Bruce Eldredge

Bruce Eldredge serves as Chief Financial Officer for Simpson Housing. He joined Simpson in 2004 as Director of Internal Audit before transitioning to leadership roles in accounting, financial reporting and finance, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance and Capital Markets. Bruce brings over 28 years of accounting and finance experience to Simpson and is focused on developing and maintaining its strong lender relationships, promoting a high standard of integrity and excellence in Simpson’s accounting and reporting, and encouraging a high level of client service by its property accounting group. Prior to joining Simpson, Bruce worked in public accounting with Ernst & Young and held various accounting and financial reporting positions within a variety of industries. He earned Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Accounting from University of Denver and is a Certified Public Accountant.
