Bio

Bruce Armstrong plays a leadership role in Golub’s development division. A registered architect, Bruce is responsible for overseeing all phases of major design and construction programs for Golub buildings in the U.S. He also contributes to the predevelopment evaluation of prospective development and acquisition opportunities. His ground-up construction and property renovation experience includes a variety of major high-rise mixed-use, office, hotel/convention center, high-rise residential, retail and governmental projects. Bruce earned MA and BS degrees in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, and his experience includes roles with Development Resources, Inc. and as a structural engineer with Abatangelo-Hason, Ltd. A member of the Chicago, Illinois State, and national chapters of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Bruce joined Golub & Company in 1996.
