Brooks Goodyear

Brooks is the Vice President of Asset Management for R.J. Kelly, Co. Inc. (RJK), where he is responsible for the management and financial performance of a portfolio of more than 2.5 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, and flex buildings located primarily north of Boston. Brooks oversees all leasing, operations, construction, permitting and development, and dispositions for his portfolio of assets and assists on select acquisitions in the due diligence and underwriting process. Brooks has over 8 years of real estate experience with a focus on asset management, acquisitions, portfolio reporting, and investor relations, lease negotiations, and construction and property management oversight. Prior to joining R.J. Kelly Co. in 2021, Brooks held positions in asset management at Wheelock Street Capital and Longfellow Real Estate Partners. He also worked at Alcion Ventures where he was responsible for the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of investment properties throughout the United States. Brooks received his BA from Trinity College and is a member of REFA and NAIOP.
