Bio
Brooks Colquitt joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2017. As a Managing Director, his responsibilities currently include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities in metro Atlanta, particularly within the Private Capital product type.
Before moving to Atlanta, Brooks operated out of the Charlotte office where he managed all brokerage activity throughout North Carolina. There, he personally procured, marketed, and sold over 40,000 apartment units totaling $2.5 billion in sales volume. Brooks holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
