Bio
Brooke Tulley is a Financial Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield. Based in Tampa, she works with the firm’s Florida Capital Markets Division, which primarily represents institutional owners and investors in the disposition of office and industrial assets. Brooke’s responsibilities involve financial analysis, underwriting, research and packaging for properties located throughout the state. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brooke completed a 19-month long rotational program at Raymond James Financial. She rotated through Corporate & Real Estate Banking, Internal Audit, and Financial Reporting over Equity Capital Markets (ECM). Brooke’s responsibilities varied by department, but included credit analysis and loan underwriting, monthly accounting of domestic ECM activities, and audits over Institutional Trading, Investment Banking, and Global Liquidity Risk. Prior to graduating from the University of Tampa and participating in the Accelerated Development Program, Brooke completed two, year-long internship co-ops with the Accounting Department at Raymond James.
