Bio
Brooke Spinell is a Senior Leasing Representative responsible for leasing space in Mid- America’s retail property portfolio. She joined the Mid-America Asset Management Inc. team in June 2018.
Ms. Spinell develops a strategic plan for each property by developing custom merchandising plans, actively marketing and negotiating retail space to new and existing tenants, advising clients on deal structure and negotiating with tenants from letter of intent through lease execution. Additional responsibilities for each property include creating deal specific analyses, overall property impact analysis, and developing strategic execution plans.
Ms. Spinell is a graduate of University of Missouri where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
