Brook brings more than a quarter century of industry experience spanning the entire real estate delivery lifecycle—including development, design, construction, analysis and investment—to bring our clients a deeper, more complete understanding of their projects over the short- and long-term. As Vice President of Development for Multifamily, he is responsible for sourcing multifamily and mixed-use opportunities, site selection, deal structuring, deal negotiating, entitlements and pipeline management.

With a local’s insight into the growth, the dynamics and submarkets of the region, Brook balances the big picture and the smallest details, drawing on Ryan’s collective insight to deliver custom-tailored solutions that precisely, efficiently meet his clients’ unique goals. An encouraging and highly collaborative leader, he engages teams and partners across all aspects of the development process.
