Bio
Britton joined JLB Partners in June of 2007 and currently leads all development efforts in the DFW market, as well as supporting development activity in Houston and Austin. While at JLB Partners he has been involved in the development of over 7,000 units at a development cost in excess of $1.1 billion. His experience spans multiple municipalities throughout Texas and covers a wide range of product types from garden to high-rise to mixed use communities. Prior to joining JLB Partners, Britton was an associate at INCAP Fund located in Dallas, Texas. INCAP Fund bought class C multifamily properties in North Oak Cliff and repositioned them for multifamily and mixed-use redevelopment. He was responsible for all acquisition efforts, due diligence, entitlement processing and dispositions of development land to multifamily partners. When not working Britton enjoys raising his three kids with his wife Beth. He is a board advisor for Coram Deo Academy, an active member of his local church, and is involved in both the Real Estate Council and the Urban Land Institute.
