Brigg Bunker

As a Managing Partner, Brigg Bunker manages the company’s development and construction divisions, and is also a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. He is responsible for the development and construction of all projects including underwriting, due diligence, product design, pre-construction services, financing, quality control, and construction supervision. Mr. Bunker joined Foulger-Pratt in 2009 following many years of success in private equity, multifamily development, and real estate acquisitions. Mr. Bunker received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the NAIOP National Mixed-Use Board and the NoMa Bid Executive Board and Committee and is involved in many philanthropic organizations
