Brian Young

Brian Young is the leader of the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Brokerage Group in the Greenville office. He oversees management responsibilities for the office as well as business development and recruiting. His background is in industrial brokerage for owners and users, as well as industrial land. Brian has an extensive knowledge in big box industrial space where he has serviced a number of institutional and equity firms throughout his career. Brian has lived in Greenville his entire life and has knowledge of the office, retail and capital markets as well.
