Brian Wang

Brian Wang is the Director of Capital Markets + Private Equity for Rose Valley Capital. Brian joined the team in 2022 and is responsible for sourcing strategic partnerships, deal structuring, and investment strategy for the company’s continued expansion.

He brings over a decade of experience to the position, with a strong foundation in assessment of regional + site-specific expansion, sourcing project- and corporate- level debt + equity investments, and special situations investment. Prior to joining Rose Valley, Brian honed his skills with The Collective, overseeing US investments + serving as project lead in acquisition, the Macquarie Group’s real estate principal investment arm, and the real estate investment banking division of Robert W. Baird.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Brian is now based in New York City. He is fluent in Mandarin, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance + Economics from NYU Stern School of Business.
