Brian Torp

Brian is a Managing Director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in debt and equity placement. Working with major lending institutions across the country, he has secured bridge, permanent and construction financing. Over the course of his career, he’s been instrumental in the placement and closing of more than $7 billion in transactions.

Before starting at HFF, Brian was an Investment Associate at Oakmont Industrial Group, a fully integrated industrial real estate development and management company.
