Brian Staton

Brian joined the Jones Development team in 2013 as Vice President of Development and is responsible for pursuing new build-to-suit or speculative development opportunities across the United States as well as identifying potential clientele to expand Jones’ current client base. Brian works to constantly maintain a strong network with national and local brokerage firms in addition to establishing new relationships. He demonstrates an exceptional understanding of the emerging trends and business practices within the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Jones Development, Brian spent thirteen years with CBRE. During his tenure there, he was an industrial sales and leasing broker. Brian earned Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He is a license real estate broker in both the States of Kansas and Missouri, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). In his free time, you can find Brian hunting, golfing or spending time with his wife, Tracy cheering on their three daughters at volleyball or soccer games.
