Brian is a Senior Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He also leads JLL's Net Lease team, a national practice, specializing in the sale of single-tenant, net-leased properties. His responsibilities include business development, asset and credit underwriting, transaction structuring, and equity placement. Brian has extensive experience in helping corporate occupiers evaluate and execute on a range of real estate monetization alternatives.

Brian brings over 14 years of real estate experience (last 9 years at JLL) serving corporations, institutional investors, private equity sponsors, and developer clients. Since 2005, he has been involved in the execution of transactions valued in excess of $5.0 billion, including retail, office, and industrial real estate.
