Bio
With a background of 17 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Seitz serves as a Managing Director for the Indianapolis office, specializing in industrial property acquisition, disposition and leasing as well as multi-market corporate services and tenant representation. He focuses on providing strategy and solutions for each real estate transaction, specializing in big box distribution and warehouse facilities.
During his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Seitz has managed all facets of real estate transactions for his clients across the country with significant experience in the Midwest. He has orchestrated hundreds of transactions including lease renewals, expansions, restructurings, subleases, relocations, building acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits and investment sales for his customers.
